Somebody by the name of Denny O'Brien who's running for an at-large seat on city council has been plastering bandit signs on utility poles all over the neighborhood. I understand it's OK for candidates to have campaign signs staked to the ground on private property, but it is NOT alright for them to be nailed or stapled to utility poles. I have seen these signs at the following locations:
Four times on two utility poles near the Sunoco/A-Plus on the SW corner of Rhawn and Verree.
NE corner of Rhawn and Verree.
SE corner Oxford and Verree by Richardson Funeral Home.
Near NW corner of Bleigh and Oxford by the Rite Aid.
Twice in 7300 block of Oxford Avenue by Custard's Last Stand and Dunkin Donuts.
SE corner of Oxford and Rising Sun.
SW corner of Cottman and Rising Sun.
NE corner of Cottman and Oxford.
SE corner of Cottman and Oxford.
SW corner of Cottman and Oxford.
